摘 要:目的:构建广西医学院校大学生创新素质影响因素的结构方程模型,探讨影响医学院校大学生创新素质的因素,为医学院校提升大学生的创新素质提供参考依据。方法:基于笔者开展的广西医学院校大学生创新素质调查,以收集的1100份有效问卷数据结果为研究对象,利用SPSS26.0和AMOS26.0软件,通过结构方程模型分析医学院校大学生创新素质的影响因素。结果:实证研究发现,客观因素和主观因素均对创新素质产生显著正向影响,且客观因素影响总效应最大(0.74),是影响创新素质的关键因素。在客观因素维度中,校园文化和便利条件影响最大(0.91);在主观因素维度中,创新观念影响最大(0.90);创新知识、创新能力、创新品格是构成创新素质的重要维度,重要性排序依次为创新品格、创新能力和创新知识。结论:加强客观条件建设,将校园文化与便利条件建设作为医学院校大学生创新素质提升的核心;重视主观因素对医学院校大学生创新素质的重要作用,积极引导学生创新观念;注重学生想象能力、创新意志的培养,教学中应重点剖析知识的本质。Objective To construct a structural equation model of the factors affecting the innovation quality of medical college students in Guangxi,and explore the factors affecting the innovation quality of medical college students,so as to provide reference for improving the innovation quality of medical college students.Methods Based on the 1100 valid questionnaires collected from the survey of innovation quality of medical college students in Guangxi,software of SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0 were used to analyze the influencing factors of innovation quality of medical college students by structural equation model(SEM).Results Both objective and subjective factors had significantly positive effects on innovation quality,and the objective factor had the greatest total effect(0.74),which was the key factor affecting innovation quality.In terms of objective factors,campus culture and convenience had the greatest impact(0.91).In the subjective factor dimension,innovation concept had the greatest influence(0.90).Innovation knowledge,innovation ability and innovation character are the important dimensions of innovation quality,and the importance order of which is innovation character,innovation ability and innovation knowledge.Conclusion It is suggested to strengthen the construction of objective conditions and take the construction of campus culture and convenient conditions as the core of improving the innovative quality of medical college students,pay attention to the important role of subjective factors on the innovative quality of medical college students,and actively guide students to innovate ideas,value the cultivation of students'imagination ability and innovative will,and focus on the essence of knowledge in teaching.
