摘  要:该非标部件主要应用于矿山机械设备上,实际用量大、结构复杂、物理性能要求高。该部件长期处在重载的工作环境中,极易发生磨损、疲劳断裂,采用传统机械加工方式生产效率低,很难解决整成型及部件内部残留应力集中问题。因此,综合考虑该部件结构特点、材料性能及工作环境,采用无余量精密锻造成型工艺进行批量生产,使用UG软件,结合实际生产条件,完成该非标部件精锻模具建模、加工工艺设计、刀具路线规划、数控加工程序编制,并制作出合格的精锻模具。生产实践证明该模具制作的零部件精度高、物理性能良好,能满足使用要求,生产效率高,适合大批量生产。This non-standard component is mainly used in mining machinery and equipment,with a large actual usage,comp’x structure,and high physical performance requirements.This component is prone to wear and fatigue fracture due to long-term exposure to heavy-duty working environments.Traditional mechanical processing methods have low production efficiency,making it difficult to solve the problems of integral molding and residual stress concentration inside the component.Therefore,this article comprehensively considers the structural characteristics,material properties,and working environment of the component,and chooses to use the zero margin precision forging forming process for mass production.Using UG software and combining with actual production conditions,the non-standard component precision forging mold modeling,processing process design,tool path planning,CNC machining program development are completed,and qualified precision forging molds are produced.Production practice has proven that the components produced by this mold have high precision,good physical properties that meet usage requirements,high production efficiency,and are suitable for mass production.
