摘　　要：习近平总书记在党的二十大报告中强调,要“建设具有强大凝聚力和引领力的社会主义意识形态”,并作出重要部署,为新时代新征程上做好意识形态工作提供根本遵循。把握新时代中国特色社会主义意识形态凝聚力和引领力的生成,是做好意识形态工作的基本前提。文章从理论层面、认识层面和实践层面三个维度,针对中国特色社会主义意识形态凝聚力和引领力的生成展开深度思考,以此来准确把握新时代中国特色社会主义意识形态流脉、夯实新时代中国特色社会主义意识形态基础、坚守新时代中国特色社会主义意识形态阵地。在理论层面,理清了中国特色社会主义意识形态的理论基础,全面把握以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为纲领的理论基础;在认识层面,从完善相关工作责任制、强化宣传工作理念、注重时度效三方面进行阐释;在实践层面,则重点围绕讲好中国故事、挖掘文化资源、铸牢四个自信等进行论证。General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed in the party's 20th annual report that we should"build a socialist ideology with strong cohesion and leading force",and make important arrangements to provide fundamental guidance for ideological work in the new era and new journey.Grasping the generation of ideological cohesion and leading force of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era is the basic prerequisite for doing ideological work well.Article from the theoretical level,cognitive level and practice level three dimensions,in view of the socialism with Chinese characteristics ideology cohesion and leading force generated depth thinking,in order to accurately grasp the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics ideological flow pulse,strengthen the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,stick to the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.At the theoretical level,it clarifies the theoretical basis of the ideology of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and fully grasps the theoretical basis of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era;at the cognitive level,it improves the relevant work responsibility system,strengthens the concept of publicity and focuses on the practical level,it focuses on telling Chinese stories,exploring cultural resources and forging four confidence.
