热牙胶垂直加压法与iRoot SP冷侧压法在C型根管填充治疗牙体牙髓病中的临床疗效对比研究

摘　　要：目的探究比较热牙胶垂直加压法与iRoot SP冷侧压法针对牙体牙髓病C型根管填充与治疗效果。方法选取2021年3月—2023年3月河南省人民医院收治的87例牙体牙髓病患者为研究对象,依据治疗方法分为观察组44例和对照组43例。对照组患者实施热牙胶垂直加压法填充,对观察组患者实施iRoot SP冷侧压法填充,比较两组患者充填效果、3个月后治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后患者恰填、超填、欠填例数观察组分别为40例、3例和1例,对照组分别为35例、6例和2例,两组填充效果比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后3个月观察组治疗总有效率为97.73%,高于对照组的86.05%(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率为9.09%,显著低于对照组(23.26%)(P<0.05)。结论针对采用C型根管填充治疗牙体牙髓病患者,iRoot SP冷侧压法填充较热牙胶垂直加压法能显著提高治疗总有效率,并提高治疗安全性,且操作更具便捷性,临床值得推广。Objective To explore and compare the therapeutic effects of hot gutta-percha vertical condensation method and iRoot SP cold lateral condensation method on C-shaped root canal filling and treatment of dental pulp disease.Methods Eighty-seven patients with endodontic disease treated from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group(44 cases)and control group(43 cases)according to treatment methods.The control group was filled with hot dental glue vertical pressure method,and the observation group was filled with iRoot SP cold side pressure method.The filling effect,treatment effect after 3 months and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the numbers of just filling,overfilling and un⁃derfilling in the observation group were 40 cases,3 cases and 1 case,and those in the control group were 35 cases,6 cases and 2 cases.There was no statistical significance in the filling effect between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effec⁃tive rate of the observation group was 97.73%,higher than that of the control group(86.05%)3 months after operation(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 9.09%,which was significantly lower than that in control group(23.26%)(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with dental pulp disease treated with C-shaped root canal filling,the iRoot SP cold lateral condensation method can significantly improve the total effective rate of treat⁃ment and improve treatment safety compared to the warm gutta-percha vertical condensation method,and the operation is more convenient.It is worth promoting in clinical practice.
