摘　　要：目的:评价医学统计学教学改革方案应用于临床医学专业留学生的实践效果并探索教学需求。方法:选取临床医学专业2017至2019届留学生为研究对象,以未参与改革的2017级学生成绩为对照,比较三届留学生成绩客观评价教学改革效果,对参与改革的2018、2019级学生发放问卷,调查知识点掌握情况及教学满意度等。结果:参与改革的学生考核成绩和考核质量优于未参与改革的学生。近半数学生对大多数的知识点掌握良好,对比其他课程,61.4%的学生认为医学统计学课程一样重要,93.9%的学生对理论课教学表示满意,有56.6%的学生对实习课的教学表示一般。结论:此次教学改革效果显著,有效提高了考核成绩和考核质量,未来需要进一步实施最优的教学方案以提高教学质量。Objective:To evaluate the practical effect of applying the teaching reform plan of medical statistics to international students majoring in clinical medicine and explore the teaching needs.Methods:We selected 2017 to 2019 international students majoring in clinical medicine as the research object,compared the results of class of 2017 students who did not participate in the reform with those of class of 2017 level students,and objectively evaluated the effectiveness of teaching reform.We distributed questionnaires to class of 2018 and 2019 students who participated in the reform to investigate their mastery of knowledge points and teaching satisfaction.Results:The students who participated in the reform had better performance and quality than those who did not participate in the reform.Nearly half of the students have a good grasp of most knowledge points.Compared to other courses,61.4%of the students believe that the course of medical statistics is equally important,93.9%of the students are satisfied with the teaching of theoretical courses,and 56.6%of the students are average in the teaching of practical courses.Conclusion:The teaching reform has achieved significant results,effectively improving the examination results and quality.In the future,it is necessary to further implement the optimal teaching plan for foreign students to improve the teaching quality.
