摘  要:立德树人是高等教育的根本任务,而课程思政是实现这一任务的重要途径。针对应急管理类高校的培养目标,将课程思政教育元素融入专业课程进行教学设计与实践创新,对提高学生综合素质具有重要意义。本文选择应急管理类高校《管理学原理》课程进行探索,首先根据课程特点和培养目标,运用OBE理念明确了课程思政的教学目标。然后深入挖掘课程思政内涵,针对不同章节设计了教学内容和教学方法。最后提出了具体的教学效果评价方案。既充分发挥了课程的育人功能,又提高了教学效果,也为应急管理类高校其他课程思政建设提供了范例。Making Virtue and cultivating people is the fundamental task of higher education,and curriculum ideology and politics is an important way to realize this task.In view of the training goal of emergency management colleges,it is of great significance to integrate ideological and political education elements into professional courses for teaching design and practice innovation.In this paper,we choose the course“Principles of management”in emergency management colleges and universities to explore.Firstly,according to the characteristics of the course and the training goal,we use the OBE concept to make clear the teaching goal of the course.Then deeply excavates the course ideological and political connotation,has designed the teaching content and the teaching method according to the different chapter.Finally,the concrete teaching effect evaluation scheme is put forward.It not only gives full play to the educational function of the curriculum,but also improves the teaching effect,and provides an example for the ideological and political construction of other courses in emergency management colleges and universities.
