试论铸牢中华民族共同体意识重要论述的生成逻辑、理论特征与现实价值

摘　　要：习近平总书记关于铸牢中华民族共同体意识的重要论述,具有继承与发展的生成逻辑、独特的理论特征和鲜明的现实价值。从生成逻辑看,该论述延续了中华民族传统历史的优秀基因,继承了马克思主义的民族理论,承接了中国共产党对促进民族团结进步的使命。从理论特征看,该论述展示出党的全面领导与民族区域自治制度的制度优势相统一、尊重各民族的差异性与增进中华民族的团结性相统一、采取手段的多样性与实现路径的有效性相统一、提高对国家的认同与推动各民族的繁荣发展相统一的重要特征。从现实价值看,该论述在夯实党的领导基础,彰显社会主义优越性、推动各民族共同繁荣,实现中华民族伟大复兴、构建新型民族关系,牢固中华民族共同体理念中具有鲜明的时代价值。Xi Jinping’s important exposition on consolidating the sense of community for the Chinese nation has a generative logic of inheritance and development,unique theoretical characteristics and distinctive practical value.In terms of generative logic,the thesis continues the excellent genes of the traditional history of the Chinese nation,inherits the Marxist theory of nationalities,and undertakes the CPC’s mission of promoting national unity and progress.In terms of theoretical features,the thesis demonstrates the unity of the comprehensive leadership of the Party with the institutional advantages of the system of regional ethnic autonomy,the unity of respect for the differences of the various ethnic groups with the promotion of the unity of the Chinese nation,the unity of the diversity of means adopted with the effectiveness of the paths taken to realise them,and the unity of the enhancement of the identity of the nation with the promotion of the prosperity and development of the various ethnic groups.In terms of practical value,the thesis has distinctive contemporary value in consolidating the foundation of the Party’s leadership,demonstrating the superiority of socialism,promoting the common prosperity of all ethnic groups,realising the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,constructing a new type of ethnic relations,and solidifying the concept of the Chinese national community.
