摘  要:在全球城市化步伐加快的大背景下,城市建筑运行和发展方式亟需优化,这就需要得到相对精确的建筑能源使用效率及碳排放数据的支持,但受限于诸多原因,这一需求并没有得到较好解决。基于此,本文对当前在建筑层面上的全生命周期能源消耗量计算方法以及相关的碳排放评估模型进行了分析与总结,并运用系统论的思维探讨了各要素间的相互作用及其对区域整体的影响机理,同时提出了当前能源消耗整合和碳排放性能评估所面临的一些实际挑战。最后,提出了一个包含建筑在内的城市区域层面的系统边界定义和遵循系统思维的城市区域能耗和碳排放评估模型,并通过在澳大利亚南部城市阿德莱德市区和郊区的2组案例分析,验证了所提出模型的有效性。Under the background of the accelerated pace of global urbanization,the mode of operation and development of urban buildings is also in urgent need of optimization,which needs to be supported by relatively accurate data on building energy efficiency and carbon emissions,but it is limited by many reasons,and this demand has not been well met.Based on this,this study analyzes and summarizes the current calculation methods of full life cycle energy consumption at the building level and the related carbon emission assessment models,comprehensively discusses the interaction between various elements and the influence mechanism on the whole region with the thinking of system theory,and points out some practical challenges in integrating energy consumption and performance assessment of carbon emissions.It finally proposes a definition of system boundary at the urban area level including buildings and a system-thinking model of urban regional energy consumption and carbon emission assessment.Through two groups of case studies in the urban and suburban areas of the southern Australian city of Adelaide,it is verified that the model proposed in this study is valid.
