摘　　要：目的:探讨鱼腥草滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼症的临床效果。方法:选取2022年4月—2023年6月广州医科大学附属第三医院收治的干眼症患者80例为观察对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组使用玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合鱼腥草滴眼液治疗。比较两组治疗效果、临床症状改善时间、Schirmer试验和泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。观察组灼热感、异物感、分泌物、结膜充血的改善时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组Schirmer试验和BUT水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组Schirmer试验和BUT水平均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:鱼腥草滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼症起效快、效果好,有助于改善Schirmer试验结果和BUT水平,安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Houttuynia eye drops combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of dry eye syndrome.Methods:A total of eighty patients with dry eye treated in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guang⁃zhou Medical University from April 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the observation objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with forty cases in each group.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops,and the observation group was treated with Houttuynia eye drops based on the control group.The therapeutic effect,clinical symptom improvement time,Schirmer test,tear film rupture time(BUT)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);The improvement time of burning sensation,foreign body sensa⁃tion,secretion and conjunctival congestion in observation group was shorter than that in control group,the difference was statisti⁃cally significant(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Schirmer test and BUT level between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the levels of Schirmer test and BUT in both groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Houttuynia eye drops combined with sodium hyaluro⁃nate eye drops are effective and effective in the treatment of dry eye syndrome,which is helpful to improve the results of Schirmer test and BUT level,and has high safety.
