摘 要:“实验诊断学”是临床医学专业本科生诊断学的重要组成部分,是基础医学向临床医学过渡的重要桥梁课程。为顺应医学教育改革的趋势,医学院校倡导以岗位胜任力为导向的医学人才培养模式,将职业素质的全方位培训覆盖教学全程,不断优化流程,提高人才培养质量。然而,目前“实验诊断学”教学面临诸多问题与挑战。因此,从理论教学、实验教学及临床实习三个阶段分析教学过程中存在的问题,并探讨相应教学改革的对策,对卓越医生教育改革与创新具有重要的理论和实践意义。Experimental diagnostics is an important part of diagnostics for clinical medical undergraduates,and bridges the gap between basic sciences and clinical medicine.In order to comply with the trend of medical education reform,medical colleges and universities advocate a cultivation model of medical talent under the guidance of post competence,covering the comprehensive training of professional qualities throughout the entire teaching process,continuously optimizing teaching processes,and therefore improving the quality of talent cultivation.However,the teaching of experimental diagnostics faces many problems and challenges.Therefore,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the teaching process from the three stages:theoretical teaching,experimental teaching and clinical practice,and discusses the corresponding countermeasures for reform strategies,which is of great theoretical and practical significance for reforming and innovation of education for excellent doctors.
