摘 要:为了充分发挥交通信号控制在城市道路的重要支柱作用,不断提高其精细化运行管理水平,从交通运行效率、信号灯设施标准化、交通信号运维管理、智能化交通管理水平、交通安全、行人与非机动车出行环境、环保低碳7个层面对城市交通信号控制的整体效果进行分析,针对各个层面对应设立33个评价指标,所构建的指标与交通参与者、交通管理者及信号控制目标密切相关.将各指标计算结果与类似规模城市的平均值进行比较,并通过雷达图进行表示,可识别并提取产生偏差的指标,能客观、定量地把握信号控制的优化方向,合理的提出改善对策.In order to give full play to the important pillar role of traffic signal control in urban roads,and continuously improve its refined operation and management level,this paper analyzes the overall effect of urban traffic signal control from seven aspects:traffic operation efficiency,standardization of signal light facilities,traffic signal operation and maintenance management,intelligent traffic management,traffic safety,pedestrian and non-motorized vehicle travel environment,environmental protection and low-carbon.A total of 33 evaluation indicators are set up for each level.The indicators constructed are closely related to traffic participants,traffic managers and signal control objectives.Comparing the calculated results of each indicator with the average value of cities of similar scale,and expressing them through radar charts,it can identify and extract the indicators that cause deviation,objectively and quantitatively grasp the optimization direction of signal control,and reasonably propose improvement countermeasures.
