金工实习综合课件改革设计与应用

摘　　要：针对工科专业传统金工实习主要关注技术训练,缺少专业特色、缺乏综合能力的培养,设计金工实习“小车快跑”综合实习课件。该课件由不同工种完成不同功能的零部件,最后经装配钳工完成小货车的组装,并增加小型竞赛环节,验证综合实习课件完成效果。“小车快跑”综合课件实习加强了学生金工综合能力训练,提高了学生的协作精神,创新思维能力。实践证明,“小车快跑”综合实习课件显著提高了学生对金工实习的兴趣,可以更好地达到专业课程的目标要求。In view of the fact that the traditional metallurgy internship for engineering majors mainly focuses on technical training,lacks professional characteristics and comprehensive ability cultivation,we designed a comprehensive internship courseware for metallurgy internship"Trolley Running".The courseware consists of different types of work to complete the different functions of the parts,and finally the assembly of small trucks by assembly clamping,and add a small competition to verify the effect of comprehensive internship courseware."Small car running"comprehensive courseware internship has strengthened the comprehensive ability of students metalworking training,improve the students'spirit of cooperation,innovative thinking ability,which can significantly increase the students'interest in metallurgy internship,and can better meet the requirements of the professional course objectives.
