摘 要:研究和分析IDC35e材质A型和B型车轴轴颈缺陷产生的原因。通过对典型缺陷的截面和断口进行取样,并利用Axio Imager A2m金相显微镜进行了组织观察和断口分析。研究结果:从缺陷形貌、氧化质点、脱碳层和附近组织特征来看,该缺陷具有典型的表面折叠缺陷特征,该缺陷只在轴颈处产生,轮轴、轴身未见缺陷,判断该缺陷非轴坯自带缺陷,而是在车轴锻造过程产生的锻造折叠。The purpose of this article is to study and analyze the causes of defects in the axle journals of IDC35e materials category A and category B.By sampling the cross-section and fracture surface of typical defects,and using Axio Imager A2m metallographic microscope for microstructure observation and fracture analysis.Research shows that from the perspective of defect morphology,oxidized particles,decarburized layer,and nearby organizational characteristics,this defect has typical surface folding defect characteristics.This defect only occurs at the journal,and no defects are found on the wheel axle or axle body.It is judged that this defect is not inherent in the axle blank,but rather a forging folding generated during the axle forging process.
