摘　　要：为探索“绿水青山”转化为“金山银山”的路径及模式,总结中国现有转化模式,分析发展瓶颈,提出新转化模式概念并介绍地方实践。结果表明:(1)现有主要“两山”转化模式,多受限于资源环境容量及生态承载力,具有高资金投入、规模化建设、转化周期较长等特点,生态产品以有形资产实现经济价值转化为主,归纳为“两山”初级转化模式。(2)提出“两山”次级转化模式概念,即具有不开发消耗生态资源和空间资源,具有高科研、技术、智慧、信息、传媒等投入、转化周期较短等特点,生态产品以无形资产为主要形式实现经济价值转化的模式。(3)“两山”初级转化模式与次级转化模式将存在长期共同发展时期,且呈现“两山”初级转化模式的发展规模相对稳定和“两山”次级转化模式的发展规模逐步扩大的特点。(4)研学转化模式具有“两山”次级转化模式特征,地方多有探索实践。This study explored the transformation path and model of“Lucid Waters and Lush Mountains are Invaluable Assets”,summarized the existing transformation modes,and analyzed the development constraints of transformation models.The new“Two mountains”transformation mode concept was put forward.The results showed that:(1)The existing“Two mountains”transformation modes were mainly limited by resource and environmental capacity and ecological carrying capacity,and had the characteristics of high capital investment,scale construction and long transformation cycle.The ecological products realized the economic value mainly by the tangible asset.These transformation modes may be concluded as“Two mountains”primary transformation mode.(2)The concept of“Two mountains”secondary transformation mode was put forward,which was characterized by no exploitation and consumption of ecological resources and space resources,with high scientific research,technology,wisdom,information,and media inputs,and short transformation cycle.The ecological products realized the economic value mainly by the intangible asset.(3)“Two mountains”primary transformation mode and the secondary transformation mode would be long-term common development period,which would be the development scale of primary transformation mode stabilization and the development scale of secondary transformation mode expansion.(4)“Two mountains”transformation model of science and research had the characteristics of“Two mountains”secondary transformation mode.
