关心教育主体意志成长的新教育学刍议  

On a New Pedagogy Caring for the Growth of the Educational Subjects′Will

摘　　要：教育主体的意志成长是教育的攸关大事、终极目标。近年来,受功利主义、实用主义、工具理性主义等的影响,教育主体存在自主意志的失落、生命意志的缺乏、文化意志的乏力等意志迷失的现象。为此,迫切需要探索教育学的中国道路,建立一种能彰显自主意志、关心生命意志、关注文化意志的新教育学。一是恢复中华民族自古以来强调的安贫乐道的教育底气、洞悉大道的教育追求、铁肩担道的教育使命。二是建构拥有青年活力的、追求润泽教育的、寻绎德性生活的教育学。三是确立中国教育学独特的文化意志:在教育目的上,坚守贤贤易色的信念,以文化修身、立人,培育优良德性;在教育内容上,遵循稽古振今的理念,重视优秀传统文化对当前社会改革、民族发展、国家繁荣的重要意义;在教育要素上,注重戏曲滋养的力量,通过经典戏曲作品达到以文化人、以文育人的真善美的新世界。The growth of the educational subjects′will is the ultimate goal of education.In recent years,the educational subjects are facing the loss of independent will,the lack of life will,and the weakness of cultural will,due to utilitarianism,pragmatism,and instrumental rationalism.Therefore,it is urgent to explore the Chinese path of education and establish a new pedagogy that can demonstrate independent will,care about life will,and pay attention to cultural will.Here are some suggestions:First of all,we should restore the good quality of the Chinese nation nurtured in ancient times,advocating the ethics of living in peace and contentment,the pursuit of an insight into the Great Tao,and the mission of bravely shouldering the responsibility;secondly,we should construct an educational philosophy that possesses youth vitality,pursues nourishing education,and seeks to cultivate a virtuous life;thirdly,we should establish the unique cultural will of Chinese education.In terms of educational purpose,we should adhere to the belief of cherishing virtue rather than beauty,cultivate ourselves and others through culture,and cultivate virtue and good moral characters;in terms of educational content,we should follow the concept of revitalizing the past and valuing the importance of excellent traditional culture for current social reform,national development,and national prosperity;in terms of educational elements,we should play emphasis on the power of traditional Chinese opera to nourish people,reaching a new world of truth,goodness,and beauty through classic opera works that educate people with culture.
