摘  要:[目的]筛选降解高效氟氯氰菊酯(β-CF)的微生物菌种资源,并研究其降解特性。[方法]利用梯度压力驯化法,从曾使用拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂的土壤中富集筛选降解β-CF的候选菌株,通过形态学和基于16S rRNA基因序列系统发育分析鉴定其分类地位,采用单因素试验研究菌株对β-CF的耐受性和降解特性。[结果]筛选获得1株以β-CF为唯一碳源生长、环境适应能力强的细菌GM4,经鉴定该菌为嗜油不动杆菌(Acinetobacter oleivorans)。菌株GM4对β-CF的耐受浓度可以达到600 mg/L,在初始浓度50 mg/L、pH 8.0、接菌量10%、温度28℃条件下培养48 h后,对β-CF降解率为99.44%。[结论]菌株GM4能高效降解β-CF,是环境中β-CF类农药残留生物修复的优良种质资源。[Objective]To screen the highly efficient degradation strains of beta⁃cyfluthrin(β⁃CF),and study their degradation characteristics.[Method]Gradient pressure acclimation was used to enrich and screen candidate strains for degradatingβ⁃CF from soil that had been used py⁃rethroids,and the taxonomic status was identified by morphological characteristics and phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA gene se⁃quence.The tolerance and degradation characteristics of candidate strains toβ⁃CF were investigated by single⁃factor experiments.[Result]A dominant strain GM4 with strong environmental adaptability was obtained by screening,and the strain was identified as Acinetobacter oleivorans.The tolerance concentration of strain GM4 toβ⁃CF could reach 600 mg/L,and the degradation rate ofβ⁃CF was 99.44%after the initial con⁃centration of 50 mg/L,pH 8.0,inoculation amount of 10%,and temperature of 28°C for 48 h.[Conclusion]The GM4 strain can efficiently de⁃gradeβ⁃CF,which is an excellent germplasm resource for the bioremediation of pesticide residues ofβ⁃CF in the environment.
