摘 要:为解决传统面积测算作业方法烦琐、人工成本高、效率低下等问题,本文以某大厦房产面积测算为案例,分析手持激光扫描技术在面积测算中的应用。结果表明:采用手持激光扫描仪进行数据采集可以节约大量外业时间,作业人员现场无须绘制繁复的草图,降低了人工成本,内业成图快、精度满足《房产测量规范》要求,提高生产效率。Traditional area measurement methods face cumbersome operations,high labor costs,low efficiency,and other problems.Therefore,this paper took the real estate area measurement of a building as a case to analyze the application of handheld laser scanning technology in area measurement.The results show that handheld laser scanners can save much field work time during data acquisition,and the operators are not required to draw complex sketches on site.This technology reduces labor costs and ensures fast internal mapping.In addition,its accuracy meets the requirements of the Specifications for Estate Surveying,and the production efficiency is improved.
