摘　　要：数字经济将推动全新产业链变革,物流行业作为传统行业必将面临转型升级,未来物流企业都将是科技企业,通过技术改造物流的运营模式也将无处不在。随着物流发展对人才提出的新要求,数字化将是职业教育物流人才培养与发展的基本要求,数字经济也将为职业院校培养数字化物流人才提供机遇。通过分析职业教育数字化物流人才培养的新变化、新思想、新意义,并深入剖析职业教育数字化物流人才培养的新型化、数字化、高效化、精准化等关键要素,可总结出职业教育数字化物流人才培养的“5+”路径,从而探析“双高计划”背景下数字化物流人才的“树、构、创、建、提、营”六步实践策略,以期为职业教育实现数字化物流人才培养提供参考。The digital economy will drive a new industrial chain transformation,and logistics,as a traditional industry,will inevitably face transformation and upgrading.Logistics enterprises will be technology enterprises in the future,and the operation mode of technological transformation logistics will also be ubiquitous.With the new requirements of logistics development for talents,digitalization will be the basic requirement for vocational education logistics talent cultivation and transformation development.The digital economy will also provide opportunities for vocational colleges to cultivate digital logistics talents.The article analyzes the new changes,new ideas,and new significance of digital logistics talent cultivation and transformation in vocational education,and deeply analyzes the key elements of new,digital,efficient,and precise digital logistics talent cultivation and transformation in vocational education.It also puts forward the“5+”path of digital logistics talent cultivation and transformation in vocational education,thus exploring the six-step practical strategy of“building,constructing,innovating,establishing,improving,and creating”for the digital transformation of vocational education under the background of the“Double High-level Plan”to provide references for vocational education to realize the digital logistics talent cultivation and upgrading.
