摘  要:望色诊病是中医独特的诊病方法之一,全国名老中医专家王鸿谟教授致力于望色诊病的临床应用与研究,在《黄帝内经》颜面脏腑分部诊察的基础上,创立了颜面整体-自然标志分区-中心坐标定点三级色部定位法,通过察颜观色以知五脏症结。文章从临床常见的心血管疾病入手,介绍王鸿谟教授所创之中医心系色部定位及色诊要点,结合临床实例从中医胸痹入手,探讨中医色诊的临床应用,并作为望诊的一部分,与其他诊法四诊合参,在精准辨证的基础上,指导临床辨证用药。Color inspection is one of the unique diagnostic methods of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).WANG Hongmo,a famous doctor of TCM in China,was devoted to the clinical application and research of color inspection.He created a three-level color part positioning method,namely facial integrity-natural sign zoning-central coordinate fixed point positioning mode,on the basis of Huangdi Neijing.By inspecting complexion,professor WANG Hongmo could see the problems of internal organs.Starting from the common cardiovascular diseases in clinical practice,the article introduced the positioning of the color part of the heart system and the key points of color inspection in TCM created by professor WANG Hongmo.It also discussed the clinical application of color inspection in TCM based on clinical examples of chest painful impediment in TCM.At the same time,as a part of inspection,color inspection should be combined with other four examinations together to guide clinical syndrome differentiation and medication based on accurate syndrome differentiation.
