摘  要:目的:探究不同口腔种植材料的应用效果及安全性。方法:选择广州市荔湾区中心医院2020年1月—2022年5月收治的96例口腔种植患者,根据种植体材料进行分组,使用陶瓷种植体患者为A组(n=32)、使用纯钛种植体患者为B组(n=32)、使用钛合金种植体患者为C组(n=32),对比临床疗效、安全性。结果:C组种植成功率(96.88%)较B组(75.0%)、A组(65.63%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组IL-8、IFN-γ水平增高幅度低于B组及A组,差异显著(P<0.05);C组种植体周围炎总发生率明显低于A组、B组(P<0.05)。结论:纯钛种植体、钛合金种植体、陶瓷种植体的使用均可取得较理想的临床疗效,尤其是钛合金种植体,种植成功率更高、不良反应更低,且龈沟液炎症反应更轻。Objective:To explore the application effects and safety of different dental implant materials.Methods:This study is conducted on 96 oral implant patients admitted to Liwan District Central Hospital from January 2020 to May 2022.They are divided into groups based on different implant materials:group A(n=32)using ceramic implants,group B(n=32)using pure titanium implants,and group C(n=32)using titanium alloy implants.The clinical efficacy and safety are compared.Results:The success rate of implantation in group C(96.88%)is higher than that in group B(75.0%)and group A(65.63%),and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);the increase in IL-8 and IFN-γlevels in group C is significantly lower than that in group B and group A(P<0.05);the total incidence of peri-implantitis in group C is significantly lower than that in group A and group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of pure titanium implants,titanium alloy implants,and ceramic implants can all achieve ideal clinical efficacy,especially titanium alloy implants,which have a higher success rate,lower adverse reactions,and milder inflammation in the gingival crevicular fluid.
