摘  要:当前,新发传染病不断出现,给人类健康带来巨大威胁,也给国境卫生检疫带来巨大压力。在医学生本科阶段加强医学微生物学生物安全理念的培养,对于建设高素质卫生检疫人才队伍具有重要意义。本文通过在医学微生物学教学中增加生物安全培训内容、加强生物安全防护措施、加强无菌操作技术培训、鼓励学生积极参与实验课前期准备和医学废弃物的标准化处理、重新选择和评价菌毒种、完善多媒体教学模式等多元化教学模式,提高了学生的生物安全意识,推动了本科实验室的规范化和科学化建设,更好地满足新时代医学人才培养的需要。Currently,novel infectious diseases are constantly emerging,posing a huge threat to human health and also putting enormous pressure on border health quarantine.Strengthening the cultivation of biosafety concepts in medical microbiology during the undergraduate stage of medical students is of great significance for cultivating a high-quality talent team.In this paper,we explored a diversified teaching model by incorporating biosafety training,strengthening biosafety protection measures,providing sterile technique training,encouraging students’active participation in pre-laboratory preparation and standardized disposal of meidical wastes,reevaluating and selecting pathogenic microorganisms,improving multimedia teaching methods,and integrating ideological and political elements into the teaching of medical microbiology.These efforts had effectively increased students’biosafety awareness,promoted the standardization and scientific development of undergraduate laboratories,and better met the needs of talent cultivation in the new era.
