摘　　要：中国开源技术获得显著发展,国家影响力也不断提升,中国正积极投入世界开源生态的构建和技术开发大潮之中。推动开源技术创新,加快建设自主完善的开源生态已成为重要的国家战略。中国作为信息技术开源发展的后发国家,在发展过程中也面临着诸多问题,世界局势的风起云涌又为构建中国自主完善的开源生态增加了更多不确定性。开源创新发展的前路机遇、风险和挑战交织并存。文章首先总结剖析了数字技术开源生态的基本特征,在此基础上对当前国内开源生态建设面临的问题、风险与挑战展开探讨,最后尝试对推进中国自主开源生态建设提出具有针对性的对策建议。In recent years,Chinese open source technology has developed significantly,and its national influence has been continuously improved.China is actively participating in the construction of the world's open source ecosystem.Promoting open source technology innovation and accelerating the construction of an independent and perfect open source ecosystem has become an important national strategy.As a latecomer to the development of open source information technology,China is also facing many problems in the process of development.The turbulence of the world situation has added more uncertainty to the construction of Chinese independent and perfect open source ecology.The future opportunities,risks and challenges of open source innovation and development are intertwined.This paper firstly introduces the relevant concepts and characteristics of open source ecology.Then we analyze the characteristics of open source ecology,and further discuss the risks and challenges.Finally we attempt to put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the construction of Chinese independent open source ecosystem.
