摘　　要：不论是传统制造业还是新兴产业,工匠精神始终是产业发展的重要精神力量。因此,在新时代中国式现代化发展之路上我们亟需从人民至上的价值立场、为国为民的使命意识、乐业奉献的职业操守这三个层面概括出中国特色工匠精神的理论内核;从是我国优秀文化基因传承的重要载体、是推动我国科技自立自强的精神动力、是培育新时代高素质产业工人的价值导引三个方面总结出中国特色工匠精神的价值意蕴。并通过推进新时代产业工人理想信念与职业精神、素养教育一体化建设,强化新时代产业工人队伍党建工作,加强新时代产业工人的思想政治建设,充分发挥产业工人工会组织的作用这四种有效手段将其赋能于产业实践之中,以满足其实践要求。Whether in traditional manufacturing or emerging industries,the spirit of craftsmanship has always been an important spiritual force for industrial development.Therefore,on the way to the development of Chinese path to modernization in the new era,we urgently need to summarize the theoretical core of craftsman spirit with Chinese characteristics from three aspects of the value position of people:first,the sense of mission for the country and the people,and the professional ethics of dedication;From being an important carrier for the inheritance of Chinese ex⁃cellent cultural genes,a spiritual driving force for promoting technological self-reliance and self-improvement,and a value guide for cultivating high-quality industrial workers in the new era,the value implications of Chinese crafts⁃manship spirit are summarized.And by four effective means of promoting the integrated construction of ideal beliefs,professional spirit,and quality education for industrial workers in the new era,strengthening the party building work of the new era industrial worker team,strengthening the ideological and political construction of industrial workers in the new era,and fully leveraging the role of industrial worker union organizations,the Chinese crafts⁃manship spirit will be empowered in industrial practice to meet the practical requirements.
