摘 要:近年来我国光伏产业发展迅速,但多晶硅和光伏电池制造过程中会产生大量含氟废水,且污水处理排放含氟标准日益严格,因此光伏废水处理成为光伏企业工艺升级的重点领域。该文总结了现有的含氟废水处理技术,对各类含氟废水处理技术进行了多维度对比,并从企业角度探讨了高效、经济、工业化的含氟废水处理方法;分析了混凝沉淀法和混凝吸附法最新工艺处理流程及效果,提出了含氟废水处理工艺发展方向,对我国光伏企业升级污水治理工艺、实现节能减排和提质增效具有借鉴意义。A large amount of fluorine-containing wastewater is generated during the manufacturing process of polycrystalline silicon and photovoltaic cells.Currently,the discharge standards forfluorine-containing wastewater treatment are becoming increasingly strict,which increases the difficulty of photovoltaic wastewater treatment.Upgrading wastewater treatment processes is crucial for photovoltaic enterprises.This article summarizes thefluorine-containing wastewater treatment technologies,compares the technologies from multiple dimensions,and explores efficient,economical,and industrialized methods for treating fluorine-containing wastewater from the perspective of enterprises,and analyzes the fluorine-containing wastewater improvement treatment processes of representative enterprises.This article puts forward the development direction of fluorine-containing wastewater treatment process,which has reference significance for China's photovoltaic enterprises to upgrade their sewage treatment processes and improve quality and efficiency.
