扶正补土针灸法联合任务导向性镜像疗法对老年卒中后偏瘫患者上肢功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察扶正补土针灸法联合任务导向性镜像疗法对老年卒中后偏瘫患者上肢功能的恢复作用。方法将72例老年卒中后偏瘫患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组36例予任务导向性镜像疗法,治疗组36例在对照组治疗基础上联合扶正补土针灸法,2组均连续干预12周。比较2组治疗前后Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分量表上肢部分(FMA-UE)评分、日常生活能力及肌张力变化;比较2组满意度及依从性。结果2组治疗后FMA-UE评分均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组升高更明显(P<0.05)。2组治疗后日常生活能力及肌张力均较本组治疗前改善(P<0.05),且治疗组改善更明显(P<0.05)。治疗组满意度及依从性均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论扶正补土针灸法联合任务导向性镜像疗法对老年卒中后偏瘫患者上肢功能恢复具有积极作用。Objective To observe the effect of FuzhengButu acupuncture therapy combined with task-oriented mirror therapy on upper limb function recovery in elderly post-stroke hemiplegia patients.Method A total of 72 elderly post-stroke hemiplegia patients were randomly divided into The control group(n=36)and the observation group(n=36).All patients received task-oriented mirror therapy,and the patients in the observation group additionally received FuzhengButu acupuncture therapy.After 12 weeks of rehabilitation,the aiming was to compare Fugl-Meyer assessment for the upper extremity(FMA-UE)score,balance function,activities of daily living(ADL)and muscle tension,satisfaction and compliance between groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the patients in both groups presented significantly higher FMA-UE scores(P<0.05),and activities of daily living and muscle tension(P<0.05),significantly increased satisfaction and compliance(P<0.05)than those before treatment,and the improvement of the treatment group was more obvious compared with the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion FuzhengButu acupuncture therapy combined with task-oriented mirror therapy have positive effects on upper limb function recovery of elderly post-stroke hemiplegia patients.
