摘　　要：目的:探讨外科耗材成本管控的有效途径。方法:数据样本来自某省级三甲医院2020年1月—2021年12月手术患者信息,选择耗占比高、手术量大的5447例胸部大手术患者数据,对住院费用进行统计分析。结果:在胸部外科患者所使用的耗材中,吻合器钉仓、护理耗材、止血耗材与住院费用有显著线性关系,不同医疗组耗材使用金额具有显著差异,吻合器钉仓对住院费用影响最大。结论:建议通过组建医院运营管理团队、建立医用耗材点评机制、完善激励考核制度、积极落实国家集中带量采购政策、搭建智能术式套包等措施,进一步加强对外科耗材的成本管控。Objective To explore effective ways to control the cost of surgical consumables.Methods The data sample was collected from the information of surgical patients in a provincial-level tertiary hospital from January 2020 to December 2021.The data of 5447 patients undergoing major chest surgeries with a high proportion of consumables and a large surgical volume were included,and the hospitalization expenses were calculated.Results Among the consumables used in thoracic surgery patients,there was a significant linear relationship between staple cartridges of stapler,nursing consumables,hemostatic consumables and hospitalization expenses.There were significant differences in the amount of consumables used among different medical groups,with staple cartridges of stapler having the greatest impact on hospitalization expenses.Conclusion In order to further strengthen the cost control of surgical consumables,it is recommended to establish an operation management team,build a medical consumables evaluation mechanism,improve incentive and assessment systems,actively implement the national centralized volume-based procurement policy,and develop intelligent surgical packages.
