摘 要:构建了一种基于智能手机的低成本三维重建系统,设计手机应用软件,利用手机软件控制手机连接家用投影仪,采用格雷条码进行投射,标定相机和投影仪的内参和外参,重建三维模型,最后在手机应用软件中进行显示三维颜色模型。实验证明,手机App可以安装到其他的安卓手机,利用格雷条码可以达到像素级别,重建精度为0.5mm,不限定手机和投影仪的空间位置。与商用激光散斑重建设备相比,基于智能手机的低成本三维重建应用达到0.5 mm,且精度相差不大。基于智能手机的三维重建应用只需联合手机和投影仪,即可获得物体三维模型,为家庭消费品和游戏提供低成本和便捷的方案。In this paper,a low-cost 3D reconstruction system based on the smartphone is constructed,cell phone application software is designed,the software is used to control the cell phone to connect the home projector,Gray's barcode is used for projection,the internal and external parameters of the camera and projector are calibrated,the 3D model is reconstructed,and finally the display of the 3D color model is carried out in the application software.The experiment shows that the mobile application can be applied to most smartphones,and the pixel level can be achieved by using Gray's barcode without limiting the spatial location of the phone and projector.By comparing with Kinect,the low-cost 3D reconstruction application based on smartphone reaches mm,and the accuracy is not much different from Kinect.Smartphone-based 3D reconstruction applications require only the combined use of a phone and projector to obtain a 3D model of an object,providing a low-cost and convenient solution for home consumer products and games.
