摘　　要：习近平总书记在文化传承发展座谈会上的讲话中系统而深刻地阐述了一种中国式的新型文明观。其中,“第二个结合”的论述为我们开启了文明的视野。打开文艺的文明维度是中华优秀传统文化创造性转化、创新性发展的重要空间。在文明的发生时代、轴心时代、全球化现代文明时代和当下又一个文明时代,中华文明都在其中且是唯一未中断的文明。发出全球文明倡议具有深远意义。人类文明具有特定的层次、性质、范畴。文明体有三个立面:历史立面、社会立面、艺术立面。文艺是文明的重要形式和形象。在文明发展的不同阶段都有不同的艺术发生。艺术与文明的关系也显现出若干重要的质的规定性和史的规律性。中华文明的五个突出特性也体现在中国艺术的发展历程中,构成了中国艺术的审美风范,彰显了中华文明的精神特征。以艺通心,更易沟通世界。历史证明,各美其美、美人之美、美美与共,是艺术与文明继续深化关系、拓展关联的必由之路。以艺术形象展示国家形象,通过彰显中华审美风范的艺术感染力,在有形与无形中润物于无声、通情于无形、达理于无言,是新时代中国文艺的历史贡献和文明职责所在。President Xi Jinping has made systematic and profound explanation on a new civilization view of China during his speech at the symposium on cultural inheritance and development.The speech includes the discussion of “the second combination” which initiated a vision of civilization for us.Initiating the civilization dimension of literature and art is an important space for the creative transformation and innovative development of Chinese excellent traditional culture.In the era of civilization,the axis era,the era of globalization and modern civilization and the current era of civilization,Chinese civilization is the only uninterrupted civilization.The global civilization initiative is of far-reaching significance.Human civilization enjoys a specific level,nature and domain.Civilization enjoys three facades:historical facade,social facade,and artistic facade.Literature and art are an important form and image of civilization.In different stages of different art of civilization development.The relationship between art and civilization also shows several important qualitative stipulation and the regularity of history.The five prominent characteristics of Chinese civilization are also reflected in the development process of Chinese art,which constitute the aesthetic style of Chinese art and highlights the spiritual characteristics of Chinese civilization.It is easier to communicate with the world through artistic forms.History has proved that respecting and cherishing one's own beauty,appreciating beauty in others,valuing diversity and integrity,are the indispensable road to deepen the relationship and expand their connection between art and civilization.It is the historical contribution and civilized responsibility of Chinese literature and art in the new era to show the national image with the artistic image and the artistic appeal to highlight the artistic appeal of Chinese aesthetic style in a tender and gradual process.
