摘　　要：目的 探讨脑脊液脱落细胞涂片免疫细胞化学标本制备时提高细胞数量的方法,提高脑脊液细胞病理学检查的准确性。方法 针对脑脊液细胞数量极少,涂片困难的问题,通过脑脊液离心—滴片—干燥—滴片,如此重复多次,优化免疫组化操作等方法精心制作免疫细胞化学染色片。结果 采用脑脊液离心多次滴片技术,并行免疫细胞化学染色,阳性定位清晰,染色效果佳。结论 采用脑脊液离心多次滴片技术,能有效制作出免疫细胞化学染色片,提供更多信息,能明确判断一些细胞学性质,尤其是肿瘤性病变,可以辅助判断病变类型及来源,显著提高诊断准确率。Objective To explore methods to increase cell number of cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)exfoliated cells smear for immu-nocytochemical specimens,with the aim of improving the accuracy of cerebrospinal fluid cytpopathology examinations.Methods In response to the issue of very low cell number and the difficulty in preparing smears from cerebrospinal fluid(CSF),we meticulously created immunocytochemical staining slides using methods such as repeated CSF centrifugation,slide dropping,drying,and re-drop-ping,along with optimized immunohistochemistry procedures.Results The use of the CSF centrifugation and multiple drop technique,combined with immunocytochemical staining,resulted in clear positive localization and excellent staining quality.Conclusion The technique of CSF centrifugation and multiple drops is effective in producing immunocytochemical staining slides that provide more information.This method allows for precise determination of certain cytological characteristics,particularly in tumor lesions,and can assist in identifying the type and origin of lesions,significantly improving diagnostic accuracy.
