摘　　要：目的探讨西瓜霜联合维生素B12溶液在小儿口腔溃疡中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月滨州市沾化区下洼镇卫生院收治的66例口腔溃疡患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各33例。对照组采用维生素B12溶液治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合西瓜霜治疗。比较两组免疫功能、疼痛程度及复发率。结果治疗后,研究组CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后1、2、3d,研究组疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论西瓜霜联合维生素B12溶液在小儿口腔溃疡中应用可提高患儿免疫功能,减轻疼痛程度,降低复发率。Objective To investigate the application effect of Watermelon Frost combined with Vitamin B12 Solution in children with oral ulcer.Methods A total of 66 children with oral ulcer treated in Xiawa Town Health Center of Zhanhua District of Binzhou City from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Vitamin B12 Solution,and the study group was treated with Watermelon Frost based on the control group.The immune function,pain degree and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of CD4^(+),CD8^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 1,2 and 3 days after treatment,the pain scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Watermelon Frost combined with Vitamin B12 Solution in children with oral ulcer can improve the immune function,alleviate the degree of pain,and reduce the recurrence rate.
