摘 要:目的:探讨案例导入情景教学法在雷火灸中医护理教学中的应用价值。方法:选取2020年5月—2023年4月在广东省中医院实习的88名护理学生作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为案例组与对照组,各44名。对照组给予常规教学,案例组给予案例导入情景教学,两组的教学观察时间均为2个月,记录与评定教学效果。结果:教学2个月后,案例组的理论考试与实训考核优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学2个月后,两组学生的批判性思维能力评分高于教学前,且案例组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学2个月后,两组学生的雷火灸中医护理能力评分高于教学前,且案例组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。案例组教学2个月后的总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:案例导入情景教学法在雷火灸中医护理教学中的应用效果显著,能提高学生的理论考试与实训考核优良率、批判性思维能力与临床护理能力,也可提高学生的教学满意度。Objective To explore the application values of case introduction scenario teaching method in traditional Chinese medicine nursing teaching of thunder-fire moxibustion.Methods A total of 88 nursing students who interned at Guangdong Provincial Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2020 to April 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a case group and a control group using a random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received routine teaching,while the case group received scenario based teaching with case introduction.The teaching observation time for both groups was 2 months,and the teaching effectiveness was recorded and evaluated.Results After 2 months of teaching,the excellent rate of theoretical and practical training assessments in the case group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The critical thinking ability scores of the two groups of students after 2 months of teaching were higher than before,and the case group was higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After two months of teaching,the nursing ability scores of the two groups of students in Thunder-Fire Moxibustion were higher than before teaching,and the case group was higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the case group after 2 months of teaching was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application effect of scenario based teaching method in the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine nursing with thunder-fire moxibustion is significant,which can improve the excellent rate of theoretical and practical training assessments,critical thinking ability and clinical nursing ability of students,and also improve their teaching satisfaction.
