中国规模以上工业企业技术创新效率评价

摘　　要：在创新效率相关文献回顾的基础上,以中国2013—2022年规模以上工业企业为研究对象,构建创新效率的两个维度:创新投入和创新产出,并采用DEA交叉效率对创新效率进行评价。结果表明,2013—2022年中国规模以上工业企业的创新效率整体呈现逐年递增趋势。不同区域创新效率不同,尤其是西部省份创新效率需进一步提升。Based on the review of the literature on innovation efficiency,we construct two dimensions of innovation efficiency:innovation input and innovation output,and evaluate the innovation efficiency by using the DEA cross-efficiency with the industrial enterprises above scale in China from 2013 to 2022 as the research object,and the results show that the innovation efficiency of Chinese industrial enterprises above scale in 2013-2022 has been increasing year by year.The results show that from 2013 to 2022,the innovation efficiency of Chinese above-scale industrial enterprises as a whole shows an increasing trend year by year.The results show that the innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises above scale in China is increasing year by year from 2013 to 2022.The innovation efficiency is different in different regions,especially in the western provinces,which needs to be further improved.
