基于新理论、新业务及新技术的规范化培训用于耳鼻喉科专科护士培养价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨基于新理论、新业务及新技术背景下的专科规范化培训方法用于耳鼻喉科护士培养的价值。方法选取医院2021年1月至2022年12月在职的耳鼻喉科护士30名,2021年1月至12月护士均采用传统的临床带教法进行培训(对照组),2022年1月至12月护士采用基于新理论、新业务及新技术背景下的专科规范化培训(干预组)。结果护理后,干预组护士的轮讲轮训质量、实操技能和理论知识、自主学习能力均显著增强(P<0.05)。结论基于新理论、新业务及新技术背景下的专科规范化培训方法可提高耳鼻喉科专科护士的理论知识和实操技能,激发自主学习的积极性,提升专科护士的培训能力和临床护理能力。Objective To investigate the application value of the specialized standardized training based on new theories,new businesses and new technologies in the training of nurses in otorhinolaryngology.Methods A total of 30 nurses in otorhinolaryngology of the hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected,and the nurses worked from January to December 2021 were trained by the traditional clinical teaching method(control group),and the nurses worked from January to December 2022 were trained by the specialized standardized training based on new theories,new businesses and new technologies(intervention group).Results After the nursing,the quality of rotational lectures and training,practical skills and theoretical knowledge,and independent learning ability in the intervention group were significantly enhanced(P<0.05).Conclusion Specialized standardized training based on new theories,new businesses and new technologies can improve the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of specialist nurses in otorhinolaryngology,stimulate the enthusiasm of independent learning,and enhance the training ability and clinical nursing ability.
