摘　　要：目的探讨临床规范化培训护士的症状评估能力及影响因素。方法回顾性分析医院2022年7月至10月招收的112名临床规范化培训护士的基本资料,统计研究对象的基本资料,对其进行单因素及Logistic多因素回归分析,并筛选出影响临床规范化培训护士症状评估能力的因素。结果年龄≥23岁[OR=1.224,95%CI(1.057,1.418),P=0.007],自身掌握症状评估知识较强[OR=1.182,95%CI(1.067,1.309),P=0.001],培训科室领导非常重视[OR=1.164,95%CI(1.043,1.299),P=0.007]的规范化培训护士的症状评估能力均显著更佳。结论年龄<23岁、自身掌握症状评估知识不足、培训科室领导不重视均为影响临床规范化培训护士的症状评估能力的危险因素,管理者应采取针对性的措施进行干预,以提升规范化培训护士的症状评估能力。Objective To investigate the symptom evaluation ability of nurses in clinical standardized training and its Influencing Factors.Methods The basic information of 112 clinical standardized training nurses recruited by the hospital from July to October 2022 were retrospectively analyzed,the basic information of the research subjects were counted which were analyzed by single factor and logistic multiple regression,and the factors affecting the symptom evaluation ability of clinical standardized training nurses were screened.Results The standardized training of nurses with 23 years old and more than 23 years old[OR=1.224,95%CI(1.057,1.418),P=0.007],a strong understanding of symptom assessment knowledge[OR=1.182,95%CI(1.067,1.309),P=0.001],the leaders of the training department attach great importance to[OR=1.164,95%CI(1.043,1.299),P=0.007],who showed significantly better symptom assessment abilities.Conclusion Under 23 years old,insufficient knowledge of symptom assessment,and lack of attention from training department leaders are all risk factors that affect the symptom assessment ability of clinical standardized training nurses.Managers should take targeted measures for intervention to improve the symptom assessment ability of standardized training nurses.
