贝复舒联合普拉洛芬治疗白内障超声乳化术后角膜水肿的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨贝复舒联合普拉洛芬治疗白内障超声乳化术后角膜水肿的效果。方法选择2021年1月—2022年12月泰兴市第二人民医院术后角膜水肿患者110例为研究对象,以随机数表法将患者分为对照组和研究组,对照组(n=55)予贝复舒滴眼液治疗,观察组(n=55)则采用贝复舒滴眼液联合普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗。观察两组患者的治疗效果、角膜水肿消失时间,并对比两组视力恢复情况、泪液炎性因子水平变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率(90.91%)高于对照组(70.91%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.122,P<0.05)。观察组术后角膜水肿的消失时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的视力水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组视力水平低于0.05患者人数少于对照组,而高于0.2的患者人数则多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的泪液炎性因子水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor,TNF-α)、白介素-6(Interleukin,IL-6)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论贝复舒与普罗芬联合应用于超声乳化术后角膜水肿,可加速水肿消退,减轻眼部炎症,有利于患者视力的恢复。Objective To investigate the effect of Beifusu combined with pranoprofen in the treatment of corneal edema after cataract ultrasonic emulsification.Methods 110 cases of postoperative corneal edema in Taixing Second People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as research objects,and the patients were grouped into control group and observation group by the random number table method.The control group(n=55)was treated with Beifusu eye drops,while the observation group(n=55)was treated with Beifusu eye drops and Pranoprofen eye drops.The treatment effect,the disappearance time of corneal edema were observed,and the recovery of visual acuity and the change of tear fluid inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The to⁃tal effective rate of treatment in the observation group(90.91%)was higher than that in the control group(70.91%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.122,P<0.05).The disappearance time of postoperative corneal edema in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statisti⁃cally significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of visual acuity levels be⁃tween the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the number of patients with visual acuity levels lower than 0.05 in the observation group was less than that in the control group,while the number of patients higher than 0.2 was more than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of tear fluid inflammatory factor levels between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05).The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)were lower in the observation group than in the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically signifi⁃cant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of Beifusu and pranoprofen in cor
