摘　　要：EB病毒(EBV)是人类普遍感染的一种病毒,大部分呈潜伏感染状态,只在少部分人群中发展成恶性疾病。EBV是传染性单核细胞增多症的病原体。EBV与多种淋巴系统和上皮细胞恶性肿瘤相关,与EBV相关的淋巴系统恶性肿瘤主要是B细胞谱系的淋巴瘤,研究较多的是伯基特淋巴瘤(BL)和霍奇金淋巴瘤(HL),对急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)和慢性淋巴细胞白血病(CLL)研究较少。文章就EBV的生物学结构、基因表达及其与ALL和CLL的相关性进行综述。Epstein-Barr virus(EBV)is a kind of virus commonly infected in human,most of which is latent infection,and only a few people develop malignant diseases.EBV is the pathogen of infectious mononucleosis(IM).EBV is associated with a variety of lymphatic and epithelial malignancies.Lymphatic system malignancies associated with EBV are mainly B-cell lineage lymphoma.Burkitt lymphoma(BL)and Hodgkin lymphoma(HL)are more studied,while acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL)and chronic lymphoblastic leukemia(CLL)are relatively less studied.This article reviews the biological structure,gene expression of EBV and its correlation with ALL and CLL.
