摘　　要：乳腺癌是全世界女性中最常见的恶性肿瘤,且发病年龄逐渐年轻化。随着患者生存期的延长及生活质量要求的提升,乳房重建成了很多患者的选择,在乳腺恶性肿瘤中起到至关重要的作用。乳房重建可以使乳房得到较好外观和对称性,使乳房外观方面得到提升。深下腹穿支皮瓣(Deep Inferior Epigastric Perforator,DIEP)是目前自体组织重建手术最常用的术式之一,其损伤小,并发症发生率低,恢复快,得到广泛应用。本综述从术前、术中、术后三个方面对DIEP在乳房重建中的应用进行总结归纳。Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor among women all over the world,and the age of onset is gradually getting younger.With the prolongation of patients′survival period and the improvement of quality of life requirements,breast reconstruction has become the choice of many patients and plays a crucial role in breast malignant tumors.Breast reconstruction can give better appearance and symmetry to the breast,resulting in an enhancement of the cosmetic aspect of the breast.Deep inferior epigastric perforator flap(DIEP)is one of the most commonly used procedures for autologous tissue reconstruction surgery,and it is widely used because of its low injury,low complication rate,and fast recovery.This review summarizes the preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative aspects of the application of DIEP in breast reconstruction.
