基于有机更新的旅游型传统村落空间功能活化研究——以皇都村为例

摘　　要：传统村落旅游正在兴起,但大多数旅游型传统村落面临着功能落后与缺失问题。文章以湖南省通道侗族自治县皇都村为研究对象,借鉴有机更新理论,从民居空间、公共文化空间、经济空间与生态空间选取村落民居建筑、文化结构秩序、旅游经济业态、村落生态环境作为功能更新对象,构建“空间分类-功能分析-有机更新-空间活化”的功能有机更新路径。研究表明,旅游开发背景下皇都村空间功能存在民居保护与利用矛盾、文化原真与创新矛盾、产品供给与需求矛盾、生态维持与建设矛盾。基于有机更新原则,按照整体性、动态性、主体性制定功能有机更新策略:针对民居功能,因类施策,依据房屋类型与房屋年代进行分类更新;针对文化功能,从文化传承内容、传承技术机制、传承内外主体全面激活文化结构秩序;针对经济功能,提出以文促旅方针,实现旅游经济产业化,完成经济业态升级;针对生态功能,提出在维持生态格局完整的基础上,促进生态效益提升,加强主体保护意识,构建和谐的人地关系。Traditional village tourism is on the rise,but most of the tourism traditional villages are faced with the problem of function backwardness and lack.Taking Huangdu Village in Dong Autonomous County of Tongdao in Hunan Province as the research object,this paper draws on the theory of organic renewal and selects village residential architecture,cultural structure order,tourism economic format and village ecological environment as the functional renewal objects from the residential space,public cultural space,economic space and ecological space,and constructs the functional organic renewal path of“spatial classification,functional analysis,organic renewal and spatial activation”.The research shows that there are contradictions between residential protection and utilization,cultural authenticity and innovation,product supply and demand,ecological maintenance and construction in the spatial function of Huangdu Village under the background of tourism development.Based on the principle of organic renewal,the organic renewal strategy of functions is formulated according to the integrity,dynamics and subjectivity.According to the function of residential houses,the paper puts forward the policy based on class,and classifies and updates according to house type and house age.In view of cultural function,the cultural structure order should be fully activated from cultural inheritance content,inheritance technology mechanism,inheritance of internal and external subjects.According to the economic function,the author puts forward the policy of promoting tourism through literature,realizing the industrialization of tourism economy and completing the upgrading of economic format.In view of ecological function,it is proposed that on the basis of maintaining the integrity of ecological pattern,we should promote the improvement of ecological benefits,strengthen the consciousness of subject protection,and build a harmonious human-land relationship.
