摘 要:聚吡咯(Polypyrrole,PPy)功能化整体材料在油水分离领域引起了广泛关注.本研究建立了一种非搅拌的聚合方法,成功制备了PPy功能化密胺海绵(PPy-functionalized melamine sponge,PPy-Ms).首先,在搅拌和非搅拌条件下分别制备了PPy和PPy-Ms,结果表明,非搅拌条件制备的PPy纳米颗粒更分散,PPy-Ms更容易清洗,其吸附性能也更优;为达到PPy-Ms的最大吸油效率,基于非搅拌条件进一步优化了聚合时间、酸度和摩尔比等参数.PPy-Ms水接触角约为140°,对各种油类和有机溶剂表现出良好的吸附能力,最大吸油量可达其自身重量的119倍.PPy-Ms对油水混合物的分离效率高达99.8%,并且表现出良好的重复利用性.本研究报道的PPy-Ms制备方法简单且成本低廉,是油水分离的理想候选材料,具有广阔的工业发展和应用前景.Polypyrrole(PPy)-functionalized monolithic materials have attracted research attention in the field of oil-water separation.Herein,a PPy-functionalized melamine sponge(PPy-Ms)was prepared using unstirred polymerization method.We first focused on the preparation of PPy and PPy-Ms with and without stirring.The results showed that unaggregated PPy nanoparticles could be obtained upon static polymerization;the PPy-Ms was easier to clean,and its adsorption performance was slightly better.The effects of the polymerization time,acidity,and molar ratio on the oil adsorption efficiency of PPy-Ms were further investigated.PPy-Ms was hydrophobic with a water contact angle of~140°,and exhibited excellent adsorption capacity for various oils and organic solvents.The maximum oil adsorption capacity of PPy-Ms was 119 times the initial weight.PPy-Ms also exhibited high separation efficiency(up to 99.8%)for a mixture of oil and water,and demonstrated good recyclability.The preparation method for PPy-Ms is simple and inexpensive;Consequently,the as-prepared PPy-Ms is an ideal candidate for removing and collecting oil and organic solvents from water,and has broad prospects for industrial development and application.
