摘　　要：在系统分析地方综合性大学人才培养、专业建设与督导现状的基础上,根据学校的特点与教学督导面临的问题,提出了基于《普通高等学校本科专业类教学质量国家标准》和《国家工程教育专业认证标准》的专业建设与教学督导的内涵与模式,并落实在学校教学督导实践中,在实践中取得了明显的成效。Based on the systematical analysis of the current situation of talent cultivation and professon construction and teaching supervision of the local comprehensive universities,according to the characteristics of the university and the problems faced in the teaching supervision,both models of Engineering Specialty Construction and Teaching Supervision were proposed based on the National Standard of Undergraduate Teaching Quality in General Colleges and Universities,as well as the National Engineering Education Accreditation Standard.The study is being applied in the teaching supervision with remarkable results.
