习近平外交思想中的合作发展理念:逻辑构成、理论贡献与现实意义

摘　　要：改革开放以来,中国以合作的和平方式走出崛起于世界的和平发展道路。习近平外交思想中的合作发展理念作为新时代中国坚持和平发展道路的理论总结,由以人类命运与共的利益交融为动力、共商共建共享的合作形式为进程、强劲联动均衡的共同发展为目标所构成,是中国共产党人立足于中国特色大国地位建构的合作发展观。随着中国迈向全面建设社会主义现代化的新征程,习近平外交思想中的合作发展理念为国内全面推进社会主义现代化建设营造有利的外部发展环境,也为发展中国家现代化建设提供新的道路选择,更为遭受严重冲击的全球发展进程提供中国方案。Since the reform and opening up,China has taken the path of peaceful development in a cooperative way and gradually risen to the world.As a theoretical summary of China’s adherence to the path of peaceful development in the new era,cooperative development concept in Xi Jinping Thought on diplomacy is composed of the integration of human destiny and common interests as the driving force,the form of cooperation through extensive consultation,joint contribution and shared benefits as the process,and the strong,interactive and balanced common development as the goal.It is constructed by the Chinese Communists based on the status of a major country with Chinese characteristics.As China embarks on a new journey towards comprehensive socialist modernization,the concept creates a favorable external development environment for the comprehensive promotion of socialist modernization in China,provides a new path choice for the modernization of developing countries,and provides a Chinese solution to the severely impacted global development process.
