摘 要:近年来,我国地理信息科技有了长足发展。随着国家对地观测系统工程、国家空间基础设施工程的实施,我国卫星遥感技术迎来了快速上升期。导航定位方面,随着我国现代测绘基准体系的全面推行,已经基本实现了陆地国土高精度、三维(包括实景三维)、动态(包括实时更新)全覆盖的能力。地理信息系统技术水平达到了关键技术自主可控并具备一定国际竞争力。我国高度重视服务型地理信息技术的理论、实践及应用,这一领域的相关技术发展迅速。In recent years,China′s geographic information technology has achieved remarkable progress.With the implementation of the National Earth Observation System project and the National Space Infrastructure project,satellite remote sensing technology in China has ushered in a period of rapid growth.In terms of navigation and positioning,with the comprehensive implementation of China′s modern surveying and mapping benchmark system,China has practically achieved the ability of land and territory high accuracy,three-dimensional(including 3D real scene)and dynamic(including real-time update)full coverage.China′s technical level of geographic information system has reached the critical technology independent and controllable and has a certain international competitiveness.China attaches great importance to the theory,practice and application of service-oriented geographic information technology,and the related technologies in this field have been developing rapidly.
