摘 要:本试验在测定4种全株高粱青贮的常规营养成分及单宁含量的基础上,采用体外产气法和尼龙袋法对其饲用价值进行评价。选取4个品种高粱(晋糯3号、辽甜1号、晋杂2001和晋杂1531)制作全株高粱青贮饲料,开桶后测定其常规营养成分及单宁含量。采用体外模拟瘤胃发酵和尼龙袋法测定4种全株高粱青贮不同发酵时间的产气量和干物质(DM)、粗蛋白质(CP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)消失率,并计算降解参数。结果显示:1)4种全株高粱青贮的淀粉、CP含量分别在10.94%~24.30%和4.50%~7.50%,不同品种之间均存在显著差异(P<0.05),但均以晋糯3号的含量最高,晋杂2001次之,辽甜1号最低。2)4种全株高粱青贮的72 h产气量、发酵液pH和总挥发性脂肪酸(TVFA)浓度均无统计学差异(P>0.05),但辽甜1号全株高粱青贮的发酵液乙酸浓度及乙丙比显著高于其他3个品种(P<0.05)。3)晋糯3号全株高粱青贮的DM消失率在48 h内显著高于其他3个品种(P<0.05),在72 h时显著高于晋杂1531和辽甜1号(P<0.05),且其DM有效降解率(ED)最高;而辽甜1号全株高粱青贮的CP、NDF、ADF消失率显著高于其他品种(P<0.05)。综上可知,晋糯3号全株高粱青贮营养成分含量高,且易于消化,具有较好的饲用价值。Based on the determination of the conventional nutritional components and tannin contents of 4 varieties of whole plant sorghum silage,the feeding value of the silage was evaluated by in vitro gas production and nylon bag methods.Four varieties of sorghum(Jinnuo No.3,Liaotian No.1,Jinza 2001 and Jinza 1531)were selected to prepare whole plant sorghum silage,and the conventional nutritional components and tannin contents of the silage were determined after opening the bucket.The gas production,and the disappearance rates of dry matter(DM),crude protein(CP),neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and acid detergent fiber(ADF)of 4 varieties of whole plant sorghum silage were measured by in vitro simulated rumen fermentation and nylon bag method,and the degradation parameters were calculated.The results showed as follows:1)the contents of starch and CP of 4 varieties of whole plant sorghum silage were 10.94%to 24.30%and 4.50%to 7.50%,respectively,and there were significant differences among different varieties(P<0.05),but Jinnuo No.3 had the highest content,followed by Jinza 2001,and Liaotian No.1 had the lowest.2)There were no significant differences in 72 h gas production,and fermentation fluid pH and total volatile fatty acid(TVFA)concentration among 4 varieties of whole plant sorghum silage(P>0.05),but the acetic acid concentration and the acetate to propionate ratio(A/P)in fermentation fluid of Liaotian No.1 whole plant sorghum silage were significantly higher than those of the other varieties(P<0.05).3)The DM disappearance rate of Jinnuo No.3 whole plant sorghum silage was significantly higher than that of the other three varieties within 48 h(P<0.05),significantly higher than that of Jinza 1531 and Liaotian No.1 at 72 h(P<0.05),and the effective degradability(ED)of DM was the highest;the disappearance rates of CP,NDF and ADF of Liaotian No.1 whole plant sorghum silage were significantly higher than those of the other varieties(P<0.05).In conclusion,Jinnuo No.3 whole plant sorghum silage has high nutritional component cont
