摘 要:本试验旨在建立一种同时检测有机酸化剂中11种有机酸含量的分析方法。样品中有机酸经提取后,以0.5 mmol/L硫酸水溶液∶丙酮∶乙腈=84∶6∶10为淋洗液等度洗脱,经Organic Acids 250/7.8分析柱分离,柱温30℃,流速0.5 mL/min,进样体积20μL,采用电导抑制检测器进行外标法定量。结果显示:11种有机酸含量在一定范围内线性关系良好(R^(2)≥0.9994),检出限介于0.01~0.11 mg/L,11种有机酸3个不同添加水平加标回收率处于92.9%~112.2%,相对标准偏差均小于2.4%。本方法简便高效,精密度、准确度良好,线性范围宽,能同时分离有机酸化剂中11种有机酸。The aim of this study was to establish an analysis method for the simultaneous determination of 11 organic acids contents in organic acidifiers.After extraction,the organic acids of sample were eluted equivalently with a 0.5 mmol/L sulfuric acid aqueous solution∶acetone∶acetonitrile=84∶6∶10 eluent,the separation was performed on an Organic Acids 250/7.8 analytical column,the column temperature was set as 30℃,at a flow rate of 0.5 mL/min,the injection volume was 20μL,and detected by conductivity detection and quantified by external standard method.The results showed that the calibration curves for the 11 organic acids had good linearity in the linear ranges(R^(2)≥0.9994),and the limit of detection were in the range of 0.01 to 0.11 mg/L.The adding standard recoveries of 11 organic acids were 92.9%to 112.2%with three different supplemental levels,and the relative standard deviation was less than 2.4%.The method is simple and effective,with high precision and accuracy and wide linear range,and is suitable for the simultaneous determination of 11 organic acids in organic acidifier.
