摘  要:针对上海地铁车辆车轮轮缘异常磨耗的问题,以3、4号线列车为例,进行了车轮踏面换型跟踪试验,研究了在不同车轮踏面下,车轮各参数值的磨耗情况。试验结果表明:在LM踏面下的轮缘厚度磨耗值明显小于DIN5573踏面,LM踏面能进一步降低轮缘磨耗。但由于LM踏面接触应力高于DIN5573踏面,因此4号线LM踏面出现了微裂纹情况,但微裂纹深度较浅,未形成踏面剥离,不会影响运营安全以及后期的镟修工作。此研究对列车减少轮缘磨耗以及后期车轮镟修工作具有参考价值。Aiming at the problem of abnormal wheel rim wear of Shanghai metro vehicles,taking the trains of Line 3 and Line 4 as examples,the wheel tread change tracking test was carried out,and the wheel parameter wear under different wheel treads was studied.The test results show that the flange thickness wear value under LM tread is obviously smaller than that under DIN5573 tread,and LM tread can further reduce the flange wear.However,because the contact stress of LM tread is higher than that of DIN5573 tread,micro-cracks appear on LM tread of Line 4,but the depth of micro-cracks is shallow,and no tread peeling is formed,which will not affect the operation safety and later repair work.This study has reference value for reducing wheel rim wear and later wheel repair.
