温脾止泻胶囊联合马来酸曲美布汀片治疗肠易激综合征的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探究温脾止泻胶囊联合马来酸曲美布汀片治疗肠易激综合征(IBS)的临床疗效。方法选取2018年12月至2020年12月于葫芦岛市第二人民医院收治的80例IBS患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组给予马来酸曲美布汀片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予温脾止泻胶囊治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后中医症候积分及肠易激综合征症状严重程度评分(IBS-SSS)、生命质量评估量表(IBS-QOL)评分及病情复发情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组中医症候积分及IBS-SSS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组IBS-QOL评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组病情复发率为0.00%,低于对照组的15.00%,,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用温脾止泻胶囊联合马来酸曲美布汀片治疗IBS,可有效改善患者的临床症状,提高患者生命质量,降低病情复发风险,临床应用价值较高。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Wenpi Zhixie capsules combined with trimebutine maleate tablets in the treatment of ir-ritable bowel syndrome(IBS).Methods 80 patients with IBS who received treatment in the Second People's Hospital of Huludao from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with trimebutine maleate tablets,while the observation group was treated with Wenpi Zhixie Capsules on the basis of the control group,the clinical efficacy,scores of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,irritable bowel syndrome symptom severity score(IBS-SSS),IBS-quality of life assessment scale(IBS-QOL)before and after treat-ment,and disease recurrence were compared between the two group.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.50%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score and IBS-SSS score of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,IBS-QOL scores of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the disease in the observation group was 0.00%,which was lower than 15.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenpi Zhixie cap-sule combined with trimebutine maleate tablet in the treatment of IBS can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the risk of disease recurrence,and has high clinical application value.
