精细化管理在医院教学管理中的应用价值研究

摘  要:医院作为临床治疗与医学研究相结合的知识密集型单位,在提升自身临床医疗水平的基础上,要加强对医院教学工作的管理。精细化管理是现代管理方式,将其应用于医院教学管理有助于改善当下医院教学管理效率低下、流程混乱等问题。然而,目前我国大部分医院的教学管理方大多通过人工进行,难以协调学生、教师与医院部门三者间的关系,不利于开展精细化管理。基于此,本研究以莆田第九十五医院教学现状管理为实际案例,结合医院信息化平台与医院原有的系统,从学习支持与教学支持两方面入手,设计了具有学生考勤管理、教学排班调整、教学结果量化和教学评估反馈功能的医院教学管理体系,以期提升医院教学精细化管理,改善提升医院教学质量。As a knowledge intensive unit combining clinical treatment and medical research,hospitals should strengthen the management of hospital teaching work on the basis of improving their own clinical medical level.Fine management is a modern management method,and its application in hospital teaching management can help to improve the current problems such as low efficiency of hospital teaching management and process chaos.However,at present,the teaching management of most hospitals in China is mostly carried out manually,which is difficult to coordinate the relationship among students,teachers and hospital departments,and is not conducive to the development of refined management.Based on this,this study takes the teaching status management of Putian 95th hospital as the actual case,combined with Putian medical district information platform and the original system of the hospital,from the two aspects of learning support and teaching support,designs a hospital teaching management system with the functions of student attendance management,teaching scheduling adjustment,teaching results quantification and teaching evaluation feedback,in order to improve the fine management of hospital teaching and improve the quality of hospital teaching.
