摘　　要：护士职业悲伤是护士常见的心理反应,具有普遍性及不被重视性,被认为与护士这一职业的特殊性有关。作为一种负面情绪,若不很好处理不仅伤害护士自身的心理健康,易对临床工作产生懈怠,严重者会导致护士自身产生严重的生理障碍。本文通过综述职业悲伤概念的提出及发展、评估工具以及护士职业悲伤的影响因素和干预方式,概括总结国内外护士职业悲伤的研究现状,旨在拓宽现有的知识,为护士职业悲伤支持提供新的路径。Nurses'professional grief is a common psychological reaction of nurses,which is universal and not valued,and is considered to be related to the particularity of the profession.As a negative emotion,if it is not handled properly,it will not only harm the nurses'own mental health,but also easily lead to slackness in clinical work.In serious cases,it will lead to serious physiological obstacles for nurses themselves.This paper reviews the concept and development of professional grief,evaluation tools,influencing factors and intervention methods of nurses'professional grief,and summarizes the research status of nurses'professional grief at home and abroad,aiming to broaden the existing knowledge and provide a new path for nurses'professional grief support.
