泪小管栓塞联合中药氧气雾化在干眼治疗的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的探究泪小管栓塞联合中药氧气雾化在干眼治疗的临床应用效果。方法选取我院于2021年7月至2023年6月收治的86例干眼症患者作为研究对象,将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组(采用泪小管栓塞治疗,n=43)与观察组(泪小管栓塞联合中药氧气雾化治疗,n=43)。对两组的治疗效果进行对比。结果两组患者在采取相应治疗措施后均取得一定效果,但观察组在采用泪小管栓塞联合中药氧气雾化治疗后,其相关症状评分、临床指标、不同时间段眼红指数、生活质量评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在干眼症患者治疗过程中,采用泪小管栓塞联合中药氧气雾化治疗可有效改善其相关症状,提升其泪膜功能,降低泪液炎性反应,从而提升其生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical application effect of lacrimal duct embolization combined with traditional Chinese medicine oxygen nebulization in the treatment of dry eyes.Methods A total of 86 patients with dry eye treated in our hospital from July 2021 to June 2023 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into control group(treated with lacrimal duct embolization,n=43)and observation group(treated with lacrimal duct embolization combined with traditional Chinese medicine oxygen atomization,n=43)according to random number table method.Compare the treatment effects between the two groups.Results Both groups of patients achieved certain results after taking corresponding treatment measures,but the observation group showed better symptoms,clinical indicators,tear inflammatory factor levels,eye red index at different time periods,and quality of life scores than the control group after using lacrimal duct embolization combined with traditional Chinese medicine oxygen atomization treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions In the treatment process of dry eye patients,the combination of lacrimal duct embolization and traditional Chinese medicine oxygen atomization therapy can effectively improve their related symptoms,enhance their tearfilm function,reduce tear inflammatory reactions,and thus improve their quality of life.
