早期住院精神分裂症患者睡眠障碍的临床特点和护理分析

摘　　要：目的探讨早期住院精神分裂症患者的临床护理措施,结合患者睡眠质量改善情况进行评价。方法选取2021年6月至2022年6月期间于我院住院治疗的370例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,分为观察组(给予系统性护理干预)和对照组(给予常规护理干预)各185例,对比两组的护理效果。结果观察组患者的护理满意度、治疗依从性、护理后的Barthel指数高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组在护理后的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分、精神病评定量表(BPRS)评分、阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分、护理后的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期住院精神分裂症患者的临床护理中,考虑到影响睡眠障碍发生的相关因素,实施系统性护理干预,可改善患者的睡眠质量,减少睡眠障碍对于精神症状、情绪状态、生活质量的负面影响。Objective To explore the clinical nursing measures of early hospitalized schizophrenia patients,and evaluate the improvement of sleep quality of patients.Methods A total of 370 patients with schizophrenia who were hospitalized in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as research objects and divided into observation group(systemic nursing intervention)and control group(routine nursing intervention),185 cases each,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction,treatment compliance,and Barthel index after nursing were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had lower scores on the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS),Positive and Negative Symptom Scale(PANSS),and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)after nursing compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions In the clinical nursing of early inpatients with schizophrenia,taking into account the related factors affecting the occurrence of sleep disorders,systematic nursing intervention should be implemented to improve the sleep quality of patients and reduce the negative impact of sleep disorders on mental symptoms,emotional state and quality of life.
